Many of you have written into me sharing your stories. A commonality many of you have expressed, and one I share, is that many of you said you never got to say goodbye the way you wanted to. Many of you never got the chance to tell your ex what you need to tell them, and that not having that opportunity has been very hurtful for you. This is your opportunity to do that. Write your last letters to your ex and say all that you wanted to say, but never got the chance to. I hope this will be a therapeutic undertaking for you and bring you some closure and a sense of peace.
